1. Introduction

Welcome to J7 Tours and Safari. By booking any tour, safari, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official communication channels.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation from J7 Tours and Safari.

3. Payment Policy

A deposit (usually 30%–50%) is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation:

30+ days before travel: Partial refund
15–29 days: 50% refund
0–14 days: No refund

Some services (flights, permits, special bookings) may be non-refundable.

5. Changes & Amendments

Any changes to bookings must be requested in advance.
J7 Tours and Safari will do its best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Additional costs may apply for modifications.

6. Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance.
Insurance should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
It is recommended to consult a doctor for vaccinations and health advice before traveling to Tanzania.
J7 Tours and Safari prioritizes safety but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability

J7 Tours and Safari acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport services, and other suppliers.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
Participation in activities such as safaris and trekking is at the client’s own risk.

9. Force Majeure

J7 Tours and Safari is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Strikes or unforeseen disruptions

10. Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation is subject to availability and may be substituted with similar standards if necessary.
Transport is provided in suitable safari vehicles with professional drivers/guides.

11. Conduct of Clients

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and local communities.
J7 Tours and Safari reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a client’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

12. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
J7 Tours and Safari is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

13. Complaints

Any complaints should be reported immediately to the guide or company representative.
We will do our best to resolve issues promptly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with J7 Tours and Safari, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
