Itinerary

Early Morning :

Departure from Arusha

Your adventure begins early in the morning with pick-up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short safari briefing, you will depart towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying scenic views of the Tanzanian countryside along the way.
The drive takes approximately 3–4 hours through beautiful landscapes and traditional Maasai villages.

Morning :

Arrival & Descent into Ngorongoro Crater

Upon arrival at the crater rim, you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view before descending about 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive.
Inside the crater you will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of wildlife including:
Lions
African elephants
Buffalo
Zebras
Wildebeests
Hippos
Hyenas
Black rhinos (rare sightings)
The crater floor provides one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Africa.

Afternoon :

Picnic Lunch & Game Viewing

Around midday, you will stop at a scenic picnic site near the hippo pool where you can enjoy your packed lunch while observing wildlife nearby.
After lunch, continue with the afternoon game drive exploring different parts of the crater and spotting more animals and bird species.

Late Afternoon :

Return to Arusha

In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the evening with unforgettable memories of your Ngorongoro safari adventure.
